As the summer holidays kick-in, our warehouse team are in full-swing with equipment maintenance and PAT testing, ensuring that hardware is in prime condition throughout the year. We take great care in looking after our extensive inventory and pride ourselves in the delivery of kit on each and every event and dry-hire. 🔧
We also have video and web teams out this week in London, Midlands and Yorkshire to capture and deliver multiple online events. 🎬

This time a couple of weeks ago we were completing technical checks for a Global Assurance companies summer party and awards ceremony, working closely to support Events Unlimited with screen content, event filming and event production design.
The project was a true collaboration where we enjoyed working closely again with IPS at the Marshall Arena, reflecting on the many large parties we have worked together on, who provided lighting and sound design in addition to full technical production services.
This was another project that reflects how we excel and provide scalable collaborative production design and management.

Last weekend we had much fun in the sunshine at the beautiful and historic Hampton Court Palace supporting a live podcast event as part of their outdoor festival run. We provided audio and vision support to a sold-out audience of 3000 people.

This week we have been kept busy with multiple stream projects from the music industry through to transport and utilities.
This case study showcases our work in producing a 30 minute documentary complete with full storyboard development; shoot; edit; voiceover recording; bespoke motion graphics; and sound design that was produced prior to being streamed twice from an on-site location for multiple time zones.
The project tested our flexibility with breadth of in-house capability as priorities and requirements were changed right up until the day of the stream. We delivered full on-site stream production including the sourcing of a temporary internet solution in addition to the video and bespoke web platform creation.
Collectively, across all projects this week, we have pulled together the best teams with specialist skills to ensure we reflect the priorities of our clients brands – understanding what is truly important to them.

We are proud to continue our support of the great charity www.electricumbrella.co.uk who create amazing live music experiences with learning disabled people.
This time, we have donated an 82" LED display screen so they can continue to create amazing pop-up experiences such as this photo we have been sent.
We love how the charity inspires great citizenship through music, which is why we look to support where we can with donations and event production support.

Good to see White White Event Production giving time to such a good cause
Another busy week including a VIP automotive event complete with car reveal, location video shoot, financial results live stream and a leadership conference with gala dinner.
This video showcases how we transform a venue space in just a few hours, ready for rehearsals before a day conference and turnaround into an evening event complete with celebrity guest speaker.
We are all looking forward to a short break before the next very busy period.

Partnering with our good friends at Events Unlimited, we were tasked with delivering the annual UK Roofing Awards once again for their client, NFRC. The event would take place at the InterContinental London – The O2 for over 800 delegates and we would provide all the pre-registration, payment, table management and communication systems, live event staging including over 330 panels of our Absen 2.5mm LED and QR check-in facility.
