You need to split your delegates into smaller breakout sessions, but your venue has limited breakout space. Or if they do have available space — it's going to cost you. Plus, moving delegates around the venue between sessions is time-consuming, and it's rarely as smooth in practice as it looks on the running order.
Event organisers, we have the ideal solution for you. Our silent disco headsets are the perfect corporate event idea for exactly this problem.
One room, several sessions, zero moving around
Our 3-channel headsets mean you can split your group into multiple breakout sessions whilst keeping everyone in the same room. Each channel plays out a different presenter, ensuring faultless, private audio for your entire audience — no cross-talk, no competing voices, no need to physically separate anyone. Delegates simply switch channel to follow their session, and switch again when it's time to rotate.
It's a particularly good fix when a venue's "breakout space" turns out to be one slightly bigger room with a partition wall, or when the only way to get separate rooms is to pay for space you don't really need for the rest of the day.
How it works, in practice
Each channel runs from its own wireless transmitter unit — connect it to a presenter's microphone or audio source and it broadcasts straight to every headset tuned to that channel. A colour LED on the side of each headset shows which channel it's on, so there's no confusion about who's listening to what, and delegates can switch channel themselves with the buttons on either side of the unit. Everything is fully rechargeable, with a working range of up to 500m, so venue size is rarely a limiting factor.
We'll work with your AV team to get audio feeds directly from your presenters' microphones, so sound quality matches what you'd expect from any other part of your event — it's just delivered privately to each channel instead of out into a shared room.
Multiple sessions. One room. No extra room hire.
We can handle the setup too
If you'd rather not manage the logistics yourself, our on-site technicians can set up and test your transmitters, lay the headsets out around your breakout space, recharge them at the end of the day if it's a multi-day event, and help with any extras you've booked, such as presenter microphones. It's entirely optional — most teams are up and running in 15–20 minutes unassisted — but it's there if you want one less thing to think about on the day.
If your venue is one breakout room short of your ideal event, this is usually the fastest fix we offer. Get in touch and tell us your headcount and session count — we deliver and collect across England, and we'll tell you exactly how it'd work for your space.
