It's simple: each of the 3 channels has its own wireless transmitter unit. Connect a transmitter to an audio source and it broadcasts straight to the headsets. A colour LED on the side of each headset instantly shows which of the 3 channels it's tuned to, and volume and channel selection are both handled with simple buttons on either side of the unit — so three DJs, speakers or sessions can run in the same space at once, with each listener choosing which one they hear.

Yes — we deliver to venues across England with tracked, timed delivery so your headsets arrive well ahead of your event, and we collect again afterwards.

Not necessarily — headsets and transmitters arrive charged, clearly labelled by channel, and most teams are set up within 15–20 minutes using our how-to guide. If you'd rather hand it off, we can also provide on-site technicians to set up transmitters, lay out headsets around your venue, recharge them at the end of the day, and help with any extras such as presenter microphones.

We hire from a minimum of 50 headsets up to 2,000 for a single event, and our stock levels flex to match your headcount. Let us know your numbers and we'll confirm availability the same day.

Yes — a dedicated channel can carry a live interpreter feed alongside your main stage audio, so international delegates can follow along in their own language without a separate audio system.

Our standard 3-channel systems run on licence-free frequencies suited to small and medium-sized events, so there's no broadcast licence to arrange. Larger multi-channel deployments may need extra planning — just ask when you enquire.

Simply repack the headsets into the supplied flight cases and arrange collection with our courier — no cleaning, resetting or reconfiguring needed on your end. If you've booked an on-site technician, they'll handle the pack-down for you.

We can often turn quotes and bookings around within 24 hours, but for peak seasons (December parties, exam periods, conference season) we'd recommend booking a few weeks ahead to guarantee stock.
