How we started
Built by people who kept getting asked for "the silent disco ones"
Event Headset Hire is a dedicated sub-brand of White.Live, a full event production and creative company with in-house capabilities spanning event AV, staging, lighting, video production, design and live event management. Organisers kept asking our event teams if they could supply wireless headsets for a conference breakout, an exhibition stand, or an after-party — on top of everything else already being delivered. We now stock and manage our own dedicated fleet of 3-channel headset systems, ready to ship anywhere in the UK.

Every headset in our fleet is rechargeable — no disposable batteries to buy, lose, or throw away after one event. The same units get hired out hundreds of times over their working life, which means less waste per event than kit designed to be used once and binned.
We also consolidate deliveries wherever we can, packing headsets into reusable flight cases that go straight back into stock for the next event rather than into a skip. It's a small thing on its own, but multiplied across hundreds of events a year, it adds up.
